Golden Bear Condo HOA is a 116 condominium home community nestled in Northeastern Longmont. The community was constructed in the early 2000’s, is close to local shopping, walking trails and has a community pool. Residents of the Condominium Community are part of two separate Homeowner’s Associations – the Golden Bear Master HOA and the Condo HOA.
